Mahindra launches Maximo mini van in India



Jaipur: Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd  on May 3rd Tuesday  launched its new 8-seater mini van, 'Maxximo',  Jaipur in Rajasthan. 


"The ex-showroom price of the Maxximo, powered by the advanced C2 CRDe fuel-efficient diesel engine, is Rs 3.31 lakh at Jaipur," said a company official here today. 



"The next generation passenger carrier, developed on the technologically superior platform, is set to redefine the entry-level contract carriage and state carriage segments," he said. 



"Market of van segment would increase following the introduction of the Maxximo, which has a wide body and well-designed and cushioned seats that up the comfort factor and has several other features which are not available in existing vans in the market," he said. 










Mileage is  approximately 18 Kms per litre Diesel.  This mini van is targeted to small villages and small towns and will be available throughout the country through 230 dealers and 600 outlets. 

Mahindra Maximo Mini Van Features Mahindra Maximo Mini Van comes with the same 900cc, 25 Bhp- 55 Nm CRDe Diesel Engine which powers its sibling, maxximo pickup. The power and torque figures of the Maxximo van are relatively higher compared to the likes of Tata's Ace Magic which is powered by a diesel engine that produces an output of 16 Bhp-38 Nm.

  2. Looks terrible...worse that even in 2011, giants like M&M make such atrocities to be on our Indian roads.
